INTERESTS · WINE TASTING

A different kind
of discovery.

There is something magical about wine: science and tradition meet, and a place becomes something you can taste. Soil, climate, the season and a winemaker’s choices leave their traces in the glass. Each wine carries its own story. I love taking the time to notice it, and sharing the moment with others.

I come to the table in two roles: as a learner and competitor, and as an educator and host.

01 · THE LEARNER & COMPETITOR

Stay curious.
Keep refining.

Tasting teaches me to slow down. A first impression can change with another sip, a little air or someone else’s observation. Studying wine and tasting competitively have made that curiosity a habit.

Observe. Compare. Describe.

02 · THE EDUCATOR & HOST

Make discovery
something to share.

I have led tasting sessions and food and wine pairing activities, helping others find words for what they notice and the confidence to trust their own preferences. The pleasure is in the discovery we share.

For me, a good table is about the people around it as much as the wine. Different memories, tastes and backgrounds give the same glass different meanings. Thoughtful hosting makes room for all of them, and for a conversation worth remembering.
